 Ruthie's Creative Necktie Necklace Collections, each piece is lovingly handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Ruthanne01@icloud.com with a photo of the item and we will make it right.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All sales are final on customized or discounted items.
